Eternal means they were here before we came and they will be here even after we are gone.

But when thinking changes it starts reflecting in behavior, doesn’t it? Which is more lasting, and that’s what people are looking for. Aren’t they?

It raises two major questions :

1. Why do people get de-motivated?

2. Who motivates the motivator?

Clarity and confidence in communication.

Most people are not able to communicate, not because they lack knowledge but because they lack confidence.

IT certainly has increased the speed of communication no doubt, but unless people know what to communicate and how to communicate, they will quickly miscommunicate. Guess what is the cost of miscommunication? It is horrendous!

Self-esteem is the way we feel about ourselves. When we feel good about ourselves, the world looks nice, productivity goes up and relationships tune better. Aren’t they? The reverse is just as true. Self-esteem is inversely related to ego.

Have you seen people with egos like, I know it all?

What do they do?

They look down upon others. Don’t they? They talk down to others. Don’t they? Every decision they make is more to satisfy ego than make sense.

The question is, why does a human being puts down another human being? It is sad but true there are some people in this world who feel good making others feel bad. They feel superior when the other person feels inferior. It is sadistic behavior, but it happens! Doesn’t it? Which means they don’t want to lift themselves up but want to put others down.

There is another kind of ego which is ‘FRAGILE EGO’, – where when you say anything people with fragile ego take it personally getting hurt. What do both these egos do to teamwork? – DESTROY IT!

Why do people deal with us? Not because we are the smartest people but because they feel comfortable dealing with us.
 
What gives them the feeling of comfort?
 
People don’t care how much you know they want to know how much you care.
 
Why do we go to a doctor 10 miles away bypassing 10 other doctors on the way? Is he the most qualified, probably not!
 
Why do you get your car repaired from a mechanic 10 miles away bypassing 10 others on the way? Is he the most qualified, probably not!
But something says I am dealing with the right person. What is that something? It is the trust factor. Trust in many ways is a much greater compliment in life than love. There are people we love but we cannot trust upon them.

In the game of football, if the referee removes the goalposts from both sides, what is left of the game? Nothing! How do you keep score?

Unless people have individual goals, how can they tie-up with corporate goals? We believe in a holistic approach to goal setting which means people take family problems to work and bring work problems to the family. Don’t they?

There are no neutral leaders. There are either good leaders or bad leaders.

● Good leaders actively guide, bad leaders actively misguide.
● Good leaders motivate people, bad leaders manipulate them.
● Good leaders support their team, bad leaders control them.

Good leaders look to create more leaders, bad leaders look to create followers. Why? Because they feel insecure.
