1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders or bookings can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- To cancel your order, please contact us at support@dralpams.com with your order details.
- If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Refund Policy
- No refund is available for software products/ downloadable products where passkey already advised through e-mail/ dispatched through email/mail.
- Refund can be considered only for other brand products, which are tangible in nature debiting all the courier expenses.
- If your cancellation is approved within the eligible time frame, a full or partial refund will be processed as per the terms below.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- In case of failed transactions or duplicate payments, the refund will be processed automatically or on request.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refund will be provided for services/products once they are delivered or consumed, unless there is a valid issue approved by our support team.
- Customized or special orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or service issue.
